Mountain Waterfall & Sunlit River Paint by Numbers Kit by PaintEasy explores a waterfall feeding a sunlit river.
The artwork captures a peaceful mountain valley where a bright waterfall flows into a calm river, surrounded by rolling green hills and soft trees . The composition feels open and balanced, with the waterfall placed near the center while the river and grassy banks guide the eye gently through the landscape. Layers of greenery, distant blue mountains, and a pale sky create a soft sense of depth, while the sunlight adds a fresh, natural glow to the water and meadow. This Paint by Numbers for Adults kit suits adults who enjoy natural landscapes, waterfall views, and peaceful outdoor scenes . The painting process follows clear numbered sections, beginning with larger areas for the sky, hills, and water, then moving into tree shapes, rocks, and soft light transitions. As layers build, the contrast between sunlit grass, shaded greenery, and flowing water becomes more defined, enhancing clarity and depth .
The bright fall draws attention near the center of the valley. Preserve its edges against the greenery, then follow the calmer river shapes outward so that the painting retains the difference between falling water and the open banks.
The numbered layout guides color placement for Mountain Waterfall & Sunlit River. Follow the supplied reference and take the smaller sections at a pace that suits you.

We believe a blank canvas shouldn’t be intimidating. At PaintEasy, we stripped away the friction but kept all the authenticity. There’s no need to worry about color theory or watering down your pigments—we’ve preserved the rich, raw texture of the paint so every stroke feels intentional. Just follow the numbers, trust your intuition, and let your space reflect an effortless aesthetic.
Some weekends call for loud music and crowded rooms; others call for a quiet corner and a brush in hand. PaintEasy is designed for the latter. We create kits that don’t just kill time, but elevate your space. Whether it's a single statement piece or building your own multi-piece collection, we make it impossibly easy to curate a gallery wall that looks exactly like you.
A satisfying painting starts with dependable materials and a clear numbered guide. PaintEasy kits use numbered acrylic paints and high-quality cotton canvas, helping beginners build the image one section at a time. Results vary by painting style and pace, so take your time and enjoy the process.
1 — Paint by Numbers Tips
Keep paint pots closed when not in use, rinse brushes between colors, and work from top to bottom if that helps prevent smudging. If the canvas has light transit creases, place it face down on a clean towel and carefully iron the reverse side on low heat without steam.
2 — How to Make Paint by Numbers More Realistic
Blend neighboring colors while the paint is slightly wet, add a second coat where printed numbers remain visible, and use small highlights or shadows only after the main areas are dry. Results vary with technique and painting style.
3 — Where to Start
Choose a design and size that match your available time. Each PaintEasy kit uses numbered acrylic paints and a high-quality cotton canvas. Framed options are stretched on a wooden frame.
4 — How to Store Your Kit
Close each paint pot firmly, clean and dry brushes after use, and keep the canvas flat or loosely rolled in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
5 — How Long Does It Take?
Completion time depends on canvas size, design detail, and painting pace. Short sessions over several days can make the project a calm, focused creative activity.
