How do I join the PaintEasy Creative Club?
Create a PaintEasy customer account. Joining is free and includes 100 welcome points.
How do I earn Color Points?
Earn 5 points per US $1 spent on qualifying products after discounts, 100 points for approved artwork, 25 points for the designated social-follow action and 200 birthday points. Shipping and taxes do not earn points.
When do my points expire?
Your points remain active while you continue earning or redeeming them. If there is no points activity for 12 consecutive months, the unused balance may expire. We’ll notify you before eligible points expire.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Sign in and open the Creative Club rewards panel. Exchange 500 points for $5 off or 1,000 points for $10 off, then apply one reward at checkout.
Can I use more than one reward at a time?
Only one Creative Club reward can be applied to each order. A reward cannot be combined with another discount code unless checkout specifically confirms it.
How are VIP tiers calculated?
VIP tiers use qualifying spend from the previous 12 months: First Mark $0–$99, Color Seeker $100–$299, Gallery Maker $300–$699 and Masterpiece $700+. Redeeming points does not lower your tier.
