Rocket Rising above a Moonlit Desert

A Rocket Lifts Through a Brilliant Night

A narrow rocket rises from the desert in a column of orange-white light. The flare reflects in the water below, while rock formations, violet clouds and a distant Earth-like globe open the scene into an imagined cosmic landscape. This is a cinematic fantasy within our Space series, with the launch providing a bright vertical center.

Balance the Flame Against the Blue Landscape

Deep blue and purple hold most of the canvas, making the warm exhaust appear especially intense. Start with the sky and larger landforms, then follow the reflected light toward the launch point. The rocky banks and open horizon also connect the design with our Desert collection.

A moderately detailed adult project, it combines broad areas with smaller stars, cloud edges and rock highlights. Keep the rocket’s body narrow and let adjacent dark colors dry before adding the pale outline. The launch becomes more convincing when its clean center contrasts with the broken marks of cloud and terrain.

Follow the Reflection Back to the Sky

Paint the water in the direction shown by the numbered divisions, preserving the bright fragments between the darker bands. A few slightly fuller strokes on the exhaust can emphasize its glow once the surrounding base is dry. Save the tiniest stars and final bright accents until the larger color relationships are in place.

A Space-Inspired Canvas Kit

Your PaintEasy kit contains a 16 × 20 in (40 × 50 cm) numbered canvas, coordinated acrylic paints, three brushes and a reference guide. Choose No Frame, DIY Frame or Framed Canvas from the listing. It makes a colorful project for an astronomy fan or a home office display; explore more paint by numbers for adults for your next canvas.

A Creative Project You Can Follow

Choose a design you enjoy and work through the printed guide at your own pace. Paint-by-numbers kits use numbered sections and matching paint colors; Dot Painting sets use printed circles and markers.

Artwork with a Personal Touch

Create the artwork yourself and enjoy the finished result as a display piece or a handmade gift. Calendars, mini sets and full-size canvases each offer a different way to paint and display your work.

1. Choose Your Kit

Choose the design or set shown on this page and select from the available size and framing options.

2. Set Up Your Painting Space

Unpack your numbered artwork, paints and brushes on a stable surface with good lighting. For a multi-canvas set, choose one design to begin. An adult should help children prepare the workspace and identify the matching paint numbers.

3. Paint by Number

Match each numbered section to the corresponding paint color. Work section by section, rinse your brush between colors and close paint pots when not in use.

4. Let It Dry and Display

Allow the finished artwork to dry fully. Prepare it for display using a method suitable for your selected canvas and framing option.

Choose from the Listed Sizes

The available dimensions are shown in this product’s size selector and description. Your kit is supplied in the size and framing option you select.

Paint at Your Own Pace

Completion time depends on canvas size, design detail and painting pace. Plan as many sessions as you need, and allow the finished artwork to dry fully before display.
