Q1: What material is the canvas made of? Is it waterproof and are the printed symbols clear?
A1: The canvas is usually high-quality, waterproof oilcloth or soft velvet-textured fabric. The printed symbols are crisp and easy to read.
Q2: Are the diamonds square or round? How many facets and how sparkly are they?
A2: You can choose either square or round resin diamonds. They generally have 13–26 facets that give a bright, brilliant sparkle.
Q3: Will the adhesive lose its stickiness over time?
A3: Good kits use strong, pressure-sensitive glue that stays sticky for months if the canvas is kept sealed and free from dust.

Q4: Does the kit include all the necessary tools such as a drill pen, tray and wax?
A4: Yes, a standard kit includes a diamond applicator pen, wax pad, sorting tray and sometimes extra zip-lock bags for storage.
Q5: Are there enough spare diamonds, and is there a replacement service if some are missing?
A5: We will add 20~30% of the diamonds on top of the required quantity. The remaining diamonds can be used by you to make some other exquisite ornaments.
